  • 50 MIN REFORMER LEVEL X

    Perfect for beginners. An introductory class tailored to building essential Pilates fundamentals while also building confidence on and around the reformer. A low impact full body workout designed to improve strength, tone muscle, increase flexibility, build stability, and refine posture. A slower, deeper muscle burn session on the reformer that challenges the core and promotes breath control with each movement.

    Great for pregnant clients, clients with injuries looking for rehabilitation, and clients who prefer to work at a slower but effective pace. A way to get back to the basics of centering, control, concentration, precision, and flow.

  • 50 MIN REFORMER LEVEL XO

    Classical Pilates with an athletic twist. Our signature reformer class lengthens, strengthes, and tones your ENTIRE body while taking your balance and coordination to the next level. In Reformer XO you will define your muscles and sculpt your physique while igniting your mind + body connection. Reformer XO is designed to enthuse balance and alignment throughout the body.

    Props and weights may be used to intensify the isolating movements in this flow while maintaining fast paced transitions from one exercise to the next.

    *This class is recommended for clients that have prior Pilates experience.
    *Not suitable for women who are 12+ weeks pregnant

  • 50 MIN REFORMER POWER SCULPT

    Turn up the heat with this Full body circuit training class. Hand weights, booty bands, magic circle, fitness ball, and grey box! Nothing is off limits. This low impact class with a cardio flare strengthens the full body and increases the heart rate. Power Sculpt combines resistance, lengthening, sculpting, and strength training. This class will have you feeling stronger and inspired. Expect high intensity intervals. For the Pilates lovers that like to sweat! The instructor will invite you to move to your limits, whatever that is for you. The goal is transformative results.

  • 40 MIN A$$ + ABS

    This class targets particular muscles that will lift and shape your buns while chiseling and defining your abs. Be prepared for lower body domination and abdominal burnout.

  • 40 MIN JUMP REFORMER

    Fun and fast paced! A rhythm-based class that focuses on lower body and core control. XO’s Jump Reformer class gets the heartrate up and the blood pumping. It adds an element of cardiovascular activity while still maintaining a low impact environment. The jump board turns the reformer apparatus into an aerobic machine giving you the variety you need in your weekly repertoire.

    In you 40-minute Jump class you will perform a combination of your traditional reformer moves combined with ‘jump’ selections.

  • 45 MIN POWER STRETCH

    Take some time to love on yourself. This class lubricates our bodies as we stretch and lengthen in totality. Be prepared for some power core work here. Our core is the base of support for our entire body. It surrounds and supports our spine and pelvis, while connecting our upper and lower extremities. Core strength is pivotal in everything we do here at XO.

    Our bodies work best when we combine work with rest. Power Stretch aims to provide release, space throughout the body, and peace in the mind.
