All of our instructors are XO Certified and have went through extensive training including between 300-500 hours of hands on and hours of continued anatomy education. They are masters at manipulating workouts to cater to individual injuries & needs. Each one of our instructors has been quality checked for great energy, encouraging cues & welcoming smiles!
